How does booking work?
Build your day, add your details and place a hold on your card. It's a pre-authorisation, not a payment - the money stays in your account while we confirm every part of your day with our local partners. We confirm within 24 hours, and only then is payment taken. If anything can't be arranged, the hold simply drops off and you're never charged.
What's included?
Your own private vehicle and local driver for the day, door-to-door pickup and return, and entry to the attractions you choose in the builder, including Skyrail and Kuranda Scenic Railway tickets when you add them. It's one all-in total for your whole group, shown before you commit to anything.
Can we do one attraction or several?
Either. Build a relaxed day around a single attraction or combine several - the builder only offers what genuinely fits your day, so you're never rushed. You can change your picks as often as you like before you send your build through.
Where do you pick up from?
Door to door from your accommodation in Cairns, the Cairns Northern Beaches including Palm Cove, and Port Douglas. We can also collect you from Cairns Airport.
What group sizes do you take?
Small private groups only - your group travels together and is never mixed with strangers. Solo travellers, couples and families are all welcome, and larger groups of up to ten can travel across two vehicles.
